These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cckkk ("cckkk", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://cckkk.io. These Terms govern your access to and use of the cckkk platform, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, customer support channels, and any other features or services made available through the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use the cckkk platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. Providing false information about your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity — opening the account for your own personal use.

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — either through cckkk directly or through any third-party responsible gambling programme — that would prevent you from gambling.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not being treated for, a gambling addiction at the time of registration.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact method. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

cckkk permits only one account per person. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your cckkk account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you or by an unauthorised third party who accessed your account.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. cckkk reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews to verify compliance with these Terms, confirm the accuracy of registration information, and assess account activity for signs of fraud, money laundering, or terms abuse. During such reviews, access to certain account functions — including withdrawals — may be temporarily suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cckkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; always refer to the Cashier section of your account for the current list.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though cckkk reserves the right to apply deposit limits at its discretion and in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. Deposits are credited to your BDT account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. cckkk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.

cckkk reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if the funds are required to cover the settlement of a bet placed prior to the withdrawal request being submitted. cckkk does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which cckkk is not responsible.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that specific game or market.

A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the cckkk system and a reference number has been issued. cckkk reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds, handicap, or other market parameters.
• There is evidence that the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules.
• A technical malfunction affected the odds display or bet acceptance process.
• The relevant sporting event is subsequently declared void, postponed, or abandoned under the applicable rules.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided the balance is not subject to active investigation.
